Supply from late May to  September every year.

Grade AA, A, B, C

    AA: good in shape. length: >5 cm,

           both side white, no worms, no sand, no insect, no macula when fresh.

           Genuine flavor.

    A: good in shape, length:>3 cm,

         at lease one side white, no worms,no and ,no insect, no big macula.

         Genuine flavor, small worms path allowed.

   B: no worm, no insect, no sand. yellow color or brown color.

        Genuine flavor, shape unregular.

        Small worrms path allowed.

   C:  fragmentation, no sand. yellow or brown color

        Big worm path slice.

Moisture:<8%

Shelf life: 18 months in normal condition.

Output: 100 Ton dry slice every year.

Original: Sichuan China. Panzhihua.

Packing: In cartons, inside plastic bags.
